Mrs. Springer is familiar with the broad range of issues that arise, from determination of a child’s eligibility for special education, to negotiating for an appropriate in-district program, to securing public funding for a private school placement. She has also been able to advocate for continued services through a charter school allowing for homeschooling to be an option.
