Jason M. Tate is a former Assistant United States Attorney with considerable experience litigating an array of civil and criminal matters, including business disputes, partnership dissolutions, breach of contract actions, business torts, construction litigation, and employment matters with a specific focus on fraud, theft and embezzlement.
