Arvid V. "Vic" Jacobson is a Kansas native who was born and raised in the city of Lawrence. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Political Science in 1969. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas in 1972. He has served as the president of the Military Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association, which makes him especially equipped to handle military family law cases.
