Emily E. Gilbert is a 2005 graduate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2006. She joined Margolius, Margolius and Associates in 2006 as an associate attorney. She completed her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in English.. She has made this area of the law, which notoriously favors large insurance companies, one of the larger focuses of her practice.. Emily is admitted to practice before all Ohio Courts, as well as the Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association. It is Emily’s goal to broaden the rights of employees in the workplace when they become sick and disabled. In her free time, she is a mother of two and volunteers her time with the J.D. Breast Cancer Foundation.
