Zach Scott Gainous is a Nashville-based attorney who helps and protects creative and talented people and businesses by providing legal expertise, advice, and representation for creators, public figures, entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, and companies, including those in music, entertainment, sports, media, technology, and many other industries. Mr. Gainous is the personal, business, and general counsel for many creative and talented people and companies in music, entertainment, film & television, sports, media, technology, and many other industries. Mr. Gainous is a "go-to" attorney and regularly advises and represents songwriters, music artists, bands, record producers, actors and actresses, entertainers, filmmakers, movie & TV directors and producers, authors, small and independent record labels and music publishers, and more.. Mr. Gainous has tremendous knowledge and experience in the music business. Mr. Gainous earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University, one of the top entertainment or music industry colleges and educational programs in the world. While attending MTSU, Mr. Gainous worked as a studio musician and record producer. After completing his undergraduate studies, Zach also spent time at Universal Music Group Nashville where he assisted with helping to market the careers and music of artists like Billy Currington, Sugarland, George Strait, David Nail, and many others. While in law school, Mr. Gainous worked for music, entertainment, and sports business management, royalty, and financial auditing firm Blue Sky Group, where he assisted with contract interpretation and music royalty audits and reconciliation for music artists, songwriters, and record producers.. This diverse and extensive experience taught Mr. Gainous the importance and benefits of working to avoid issues or disputes before they occur, and exposed him to the unfortunate poor legal, career, and business advice and representation many music, entertainment, media, and sports clients are all too often receiving. Whether it's protecting a client's intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, protecting a client's business, personal, or financial interests, real estate, property or other assets, or protecting a client's career, privacy, reputation, or family, Mr. Gainous strives to provide the best legal expertise, advice, and representation and be a long-term trusted advisor for his clients.. When Mr. Gainous is not working to protect his clients and provide the best legal advice and representation for them, he enjoys watching or attending concerts or live music events, Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators games, Florida State football games, or spending time with his wife and dog.

My name is Vince Wilcox. My wife and I have made Middle Tennessee our home for more than 30 years. We met at the University of Virginia where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies. A few years later, I earned a Masters of Science in education at Old Dominion University, specializing in guidance and counseling. During those years, I worked with students and their families in schools and at churches, striving to increase the quality of life in our communities. After we returned to Nashville in 1984, I was privileged to serve as vice-president at two respected music companies before launching my own management and marketing business several years later. In the early nineties, my wife and I set down roots in Franklin, TN where we have been blessed to raise two talented daughters. We continue to be involved in leadership roles at church and in business.I pursued a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at Nashville School of Law as the next logical step in my entertainment business career. While in law school, I was privileged to serve as an intern with the Office of the Public Defender in Williamson County for three years, representing criminal defendants for two years in a limited capacity under their supervision. After passing the Bar, I was hired as an interim Assistant Public Defender until October 2013, when I was named Coordinator of the 21st Judicial District Drug Court. In April 2014, I became General Manager for Belden Street Music, the parent company for and online subscription services for worship leaders, choir directors and church dramatists seeking resources to glorify God and transform lives.

A Texas native, Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas and his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. Andrew’s interest in the entertainment industry began at a young age when he started modeling with the Campbell Agency in Dallas, Texas. He not only modeled, but worked in many areas of the industry including apprenticing for a model management company, shooting photography in the Dallas World Trade Center, and volunteering at the annual DIFFA fashion show raising awareness for HIV/AIDS. The various artists and performers he met during his modeling career, including his talent agent, inspired him to investigate a career in the business side of the entertainment industry. Upon doing so, he became convinced of the need for honest, ethical representation for artists in all fields of entertainment, hence leading him to practice law and specialize in intellectual property.. Andrew is passionate about competitive video gaming and the players involved in Esports, and is constantly working to educate them on the complexities of being a professional athlete. Andrew is sensitive to the fact that sitting down with an attorney can be intimidating. This is why he strives to provide his clients with the most comfortable experience possible. He wants his clients to know that he will help them achieve the best results and will be there for them in the bad times and the good to lend a helping hand. Andrew provides legal counsel in the areas of intellectual property, general business, and entertainment.. Outside of law, Andrew enjoys staying active through skateboarding, reading creative fiction, and visiting all of the local coffee shops in Nashville.. Education. J.D. We help you figure out what kind of contract you really need to accomplish your end goal (if you actually need one at all), how to use it, navigate any negotiations, learn when you might need to change it, and tell you potential problems to watch out for. We’ll also help you decide what to do when an issue you never could have predicted comes up. And, of course, we’ll also write a great contract for you..
