I joined Raybin & Weissman in August 2009 as a receptionist while I was in my first year of law school at Nashville School of Law. Within a year of joining the firm, I became the legal assistant for David Weissman – a position I held until I graduated law school in 2013. After passing the bar, I was hired as an associate for the firm where I focus on personal injury law and domestic law.. I am originally from Memphis and I graduated from Rhodes College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Rhodes, I was a student-athlete as well as a student-trainer. I hold several records in basketball and had an opportunity to play basketball overseas in Iceland after graduating college. However, I turned down this opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney.. Outside of the office, I love cheering on the Green Bay Packers, watching sports and  playing anything sports related.

We were able to prove not only liability from the trucking company, but also 3rd party broker liability from the freight broker. That case settled for a Confidential amount.. Although courtroom victories are exciting, the most gratifying part of my work is seeing the benefits that my clients receive as a result of the settlements and/or trial victories achieved.
