I've been a trial attorney for my entire career.  In the course of that career, I've had the opportunity to work with and against some of the top trial attorneys in the country on some very high profile cases. Included in this work was the opportunity to twice represent the State of Colorado as Special Trial Counsel, first on a multi-million dollar construction case and, second, on Colorado's lawsuit against the tobacco industry.  I've had success handling cases at all levels, including appeals.. Prior to joining the firm, William owned and operated his own firm and was also a partner in one of northeast Ohio’s preeminent criminal defense firms. William has served as lead or co-counsel in multiple criminal jury trials, numerous criminal and civil appeals, and countless pretrial motion hearings, as well as family court bench trials.
