hi reddit, i need some serious help :( location: virginia we recently bought a townhome and have a neighbor we are afraid of— and we can’t afford to move AGAIN. there is a woman who lives behind us with paranoid schizophrenia— she lives alone with no family. ever since we moved in, we have had issues with her. she has left notes on our door saying people are “hacking into our ring camera and using it when we are not on,”. and somehow knew our exact phone companies. banks, etc (schizophrenic scribble on the bottom of the paper that didn’t make sense but perfectly named this info about us, i don’t know how she would’ve known these things, maybe she went through our trash.) she throws trash in peoples yards and sprays them with lysol. but recently it has escalated. a couple weeks ago she cut our internet cable— she lives beneath us and the wire goes up the back of the house, she went out there with bolt cutters. my girlfriend ran outside and caught her in the act— we have video footage of her doing it. in the video, she says “you never talk to me or ask me how i’m doing, you don’t even know my name. but now you know who i am.” (while gesturing with our cut wires in her hand.) we called the police immediately, they came and spoke with her, she claimed we were hacking her (through our wifi cable) and that’s why…

my sisters finance is on probation for a felony gun charge (possession of a gun as a felon) he just got out two months. on unsupervised probation and has 2 years over his head. he just got charged on 8/1/26 with assault and battery 3rd offense(felony) in va. he has a bond hearing tomorrow @1pm how likely is it he will get a bond?
