Amy was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UW-Whitewater and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. Over the last number of years Amy found her niche and focused her practice on helping families and children. Amy previously ran her own successful solo practice in Ohio largely working in the areas of criminal and juvenile law (CHIPS and Juvenile Delinquency), and frequently served as a guardian ad litem in both juvenile and family court where she represented the children's best interests. She later joined a small general practice firm where she practiced in a variety of areas including estate planning, family, criminal and juvenile delinquency, CHIPS, and guardian ad litem cases. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Amy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
