I am licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin , the State of Illinois, Eastern District of the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit.  I have been successful in appeals in both the State of Wisconsin and the United States Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit.  I argued before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District I in a landmark child support case of Winkler vs. Winkler, 282 746, 2005 WI , 699 N.W.2d 652(Ct. ).. Originally from rural southwest Wisconsin, Will grew up working on his family’s third generation beef cattle farm.
