I also have a substantial background in real estate and oil and gas law.I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Fond Land Preservation Foundation which purchases and preserves privately owned but publically accessible open space in Los Angeles County. To date, the Foundation has acquired in excess of 550 acres, mostly in the Verdugo Mountains.
