Office of Economic and Tax Policy - Creation

(a) There is hereby created within the Bureau of Legislative Research the "Office of Economic and Tax Policy". (b) The office shall be staffed by such personnel as may be authorized by annual appropriations of the General Assembly. Amended by Act 2015, No. 1150,§ 4, eff. 7/22/2015. Acts 1993, No. 1274, § 1.
