Official statutory text
The committee may authorize the State Treasurer to sell all or any part of the bonds herein authorized at such date or dates as may be fixed by the State Treasurer and no direction of the Governor shall be required. The provisions of Sections 16750 and 16754 of the Government Code respecting the direction of the Governor shall not be applicable to such sale.
