153.82 Handling of taxes and special assessments, district treasurer.
Official statutory text
All ad valorem taxes or special assessments levied and collected in any district in the manner provided herein shall when received be paid over by the proper officials of the county in which the district is located to the treasurer of the district to be applied as provided in this law and in the proceedings authorizing the issuance of any bonds or other obligations pursuant to this law.
