§ 378-e. Water pollution control linked deposit program. A savings and\nloan association may accept moneys deposited by the New York state\nenvironmental facilities corporation as linked deposits pursuant to\narticle sixteen of the state finance law and enter into agreements,\npledge assets or furnish other security, satisfactory in form and amount\nto New York state environmental facilities corporation, for the\nrepayment of such moneys.\n
