Compensation of clerk and treasurer in common school districts

§ 2123. Compensation of clerk and treasurer in common school\ndistricts. The clerk and treasurer of every common school district may\nbe entitled to receive such compensation for their services as shall be\nfixed at an annual meeting of the district. In case such provision is\nnot made at an annual meeting for the compensation of the clerk and/or\ntreasurer of such common school district, the trustees of the district\nmay fix the same.\n
