§ 9-1119. Use of protective devices.\n 1. Employees of a railroad which operates through forest lands shall\nat all times use in a proper and effective manner the fire protective\nappliances provided by such railroad.\n 2. No locomotive operating through forest lands shall be operated\nunless equipped with fire protective devices of ash pan and front end\nwhich have been approved by the department. Such devices shall be\nmaintained and properly used.\n
