§ 19.19 Notice to international foundation for art research. A copy\nof all notices required by section 19.17 or 19.18 of this article shall\nbe sent, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the\nInternational Foundation for Art Research, or any successor foundation\nor agency having similar purposes, on or before the date on which such\nnotices are mailed or first published pursuant to the requirements of\nthis article.\n
