§ 3424. Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools.\n1. Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:\n (a) maintain and file such periodic records and reports as the\ndepartment shall require; and\n (b) notify the department promptly of any change in school\nregistration or change of employment.\n
