§ 92-bb. Waste management and cleanup fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of the department of taxation and finance a special fund to\nbe known as the "waste management and cleanup fund".\n 2. The waste management and cleanup fund shall consist of all revenue\ncollected from waste tire management and recycling fees pursuant to\nsection 27-1913 of the environmental conservation law and any cost\nrecoveries or other revenues collected pursuant to title nineteen of\narticle twenty-seven of the environmental conservation law, and any\nother monies deposited into the fund pursuant to law.\n 3. Moneys of the fund, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be used for execution of waste tire management and recycling\npursuant to title nineteen of article twenty-seven of the environmental\nconservation law, and expended for the purposes as set forth in section\n27-1915 of the environmental conservation law.\n
