§ 106.041. Submission to clerk

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The chairperson of the joint committee on agency rule review responsible for calling and conducting meetings under section 101.35 of the Revised Code, or another member of the joint committee designated by that chairperson, shall submit a concurrent resolution to invalidate a proposed or existing rule to the clerk of either house of the general assembly. The recommendation of invalidation and a copy of the proposed or existing rule also shall be submitted to the clerk along with the concurrent resolution. Last updated September 20, 2023 at 11:12 AM
