§ 121.531. Signs specifying ARRA funding prohibited

June 29, 2011 House Bill 114 - 129th General Assembly No recipient or distributor of funds received under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub. L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend such funds to purchase, produce, erect, or maintain signs identifying the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific project funding.
