September 30, 2021 House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly A state agency that owns or controls a parcel of land for which a nomination for that land has been denied under section 155.33 of the Revised Code may enter into written agreements to use that parcel of land to form a drilling unit that conforms to the minimum acreage and distance requirements established under section 1509.24 or 1509.25 of the Revised Code.
