§ 321.30. Payment to treasurer of state

July 1, 1985 House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The county treasurer, after he has made each settlement with the county auditor, shall pay to the state the full amount of all sums found by the auditor of state, on an audit of the duplicate settlement sheets sent to him by the county auditor, to belong to the state.
