Oklahoma Statutes - Title 27A. Environment and Natural Resources Page 148
Every person supplying or authorized to supply water to the
public shall file with the Department a certified copy of the plans
and surveys of the waterworks, with a description of the source from
which the water supply is derived. No additional source of supply
or well shall thereafter be used without a written permit from the
Department.
