Filing period, notification and declaration of

Any person found eligible by the Commission to be elected a
district director shall have their name placed on the official
ballot, upon filing with the Commission a notification and
declaration of candidacy, during the first two weeks in May. The
notification and declaration shall be in the form prescribed by the
Commission.
