Office, records and files

Official statutory text

The principal office of the Department, with all records and

files of same, shall be maintained in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and

shall be designated the central office. Names of all personnel

employed in each institution in the Department; all essential and

important data; statistical information and correspondence relative

to the Department and its institutions shall be filed in the office

of the Commissioner and by his supervision.
