Assistance from Commissioner of Labor
Official statutory text
The Commissioner of Labor shall provide assistance to any person
regarding the employment and reemployment rights and benefits which
the person is entitled to under the Oklahoma Uniformed Services
Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. In providing assistance,
the Commissioner may request assistance from existing federal and
state agencies engaged in similar or related activities and utilize
the assistance of volunteers.
