When driver unable to report

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 47. Motor Vehicles Page 463

(a) An accident report is not required under this chapter from

any person who is physically incapable of making report during the

period of such incapacity.

(b) Whenever the driver of a vehicle is physically incapable of

giving an immediate notice of an accident as required in Section 10-

107 and there was another occupant in the vehicle at the time of the

accident capable of doing so, such occupant shall make or cause to

be given the notice not given by the driver.
