Transfer of personnel spaces and funds
Official statutory text
The State Employment Review Board, by majority vote, is
authorized to determine and approve the transfer of personnel spaces
and associated salary limits, and the transfer of funds necessary to
support such transferred personnel spaces, within the Department of
Corrections and its various institutions as may be deemed essential
to the proper functioning and management of these agencies. The
transfer of funds accomplished by the Board shall be exempt from the
provisions of Section 41.12 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
