Bidders - Persons forbidden to bid on bonds
Official statutory text
No person, firm or corporation, who shall represent the county,
city, town, board of education, school district, or other
subdivision of the State of Oklahoma, in the preparation or handling
of such bond issue, or the proceedings incident thereto, in any
manner, shall be permitted to bid for or become the purchaser of
such bonds upon sale thereof, or be interested in any bid submitted
at the sale of said bonds, and no bidder shall be interested in any
proceedings contract.
