Act as supplemental - Construction

Official statutory text

This act is intended to supplement all constitutional provisions

and other acts now existing or hereafter adopted designed to secure

and develop industry and, when applicable in accordance with the

provisions hereof, may be used by any municipality or county as an

alternative notwithstanding any constitutional provisions or any

other act now existing or hereafter adopted authorizing a

municipality or county, or any commission or agency thereof, to

issue bonds for the purpose of securing and developing industry.

This act shall be liberally construed to accomplish the purposes

hereof.
