Branch campus of Northern Oklahoma College at Enid

Official statutory text

A. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make

resident college credit courses and programs available to the people

of Enid.

B. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall

provide courses and programs through a branch campus of Northern

Oklahoma College, which shall be established and located in Enid.

The branch campus of Northern Oklahoma College at Enid shall be

governed by the Board of Regents of Northern Oklahoma College and

administered through Northern Oklahoma College. The Board of

Regents of Northern Oklahoma College may provide resources to the

branch campus of Northern Oklahoma College at Enid to maintain its

facilities in accordance with its function and mission as provided

by law.
