Proposal by titleholders to organize irrigation

If a minimum of ten or a majority of the holders of title to

irrigable lands from a common source or combined sources and by the

same system or combined systems of works, desire to provide for the

irrigation of such irrigable lands, the holders may propose the

organization of an irrigation district by petition pursuant to the

Oklahoma Irrigation District Act.
