SECTION 34-3-360. Form of notice to chief executive.

The form of notice from the Commissioner of Banking to the chief executive of the bank referred to in Section 34-3-350 must be as follows: To the Chief Executive: In accordance with the law I enclose a copy of the report of examination of your bank made __________, 20___, by the Commissioner of Banking, __________, with the request that it be considered at a meeting of your directors to be held within thirty days from this date and a record of the action taken thereon entered upon the minutes. Please also fill out and return the form attached. Commissioner of Banking. Effect of Amendment 2021 Act No. 30, SECTION 3, rewrote the section.
