Quorum of board

Any three (3) members of the board shall constitute a quorum, but three (3) affirmative votes shall be necessary for the adoption of any rule or order of the board. Acts 1943, ch. 64, § 2; C. Supp. 1950, § 5240.2; Acts 1978, ch. 791, §3; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 60-106.
