Annual report

The board of directors of the agency shall report annually to the governing bodies of the various counties represented on the board of directors. Such reports shall include the statement of financial receipts and expenditures and a summary of all activities and accomplishments for the period and the proposed plans of the agency for the future development of the Tellico Reservoir project area and the development lands. Acts 1982, ch. 679, § 9.
