§ 301.114. PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Proof of financial responsibility is made by showing to the satisfaction of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation that the license holder has the ability to respond in damages for liability that might reasonably result from the operation for which the permit is sought.
