§ 353.155. EXEMPT PROPERTY LIABLE FOR CERTAIN DEBTS.

The exempt property, other than the homestead or any allowance made in lieu of the homestead:

(1) is liable for the payment of Class 1 claims; and

(2) is not liable for any estate debts other than the claims described by Subdivision (1).
