§ 264.1945. COMPENSATION OF RECEIVER.

The appointing court shall order compensation for a receiver appointed under this subchapter to be paid by the single-source continuum contractor under receivership. If the receiver is a department employee, the department shall pay the receiver the compensation ordered under this section and the single-source continuum contractor shall reimburse the department.
