§ 371.253. NOTICE OF REVOCATION.

Official statutory text

(a) On revocation of a pawnshop license by the commissioner, the pawnbroker shall send notice of the revocation to each pledgor with goods in the possession of, but not forfeited to, the pawnbroker on the revocation date.

(b) The notice must be:

(1) in a form prescribed by the commissioner; and

(2) mailed not later than the fifth day after the revocation date to the pledgor at the address recorded on the pawn ticket.
