§ 162.058. PERFECTING DEFECTIVELY ORGANIZED CORPORATIONS.

Official statutory text

(a) A telephone cooperative that files defective articles of incorporation or fails to take an action necessary to perfect its corporate organization may:

(1) file corrected articles of incorporation or amend the original articles; and

(2) take any action necessary to correct the defect.

(b) An action taken under this section is valid and binding on any person concerned.
