Existing appropriations; powers concerning.
Official statutory text
If, at the beginning of the term of office of the first council elected under ss. 64.25 to 64.40 , the appropriation for the expenditures of the city government for the current fiscal year have been made, the council shall have power by ordinance to revise, repeal or change such appropriations and to make additional appropriations.
