My practice includes dynasty trust planning, domestic asset protection trusts, trust reformation, decanting and modification, and contested trust and estate mattters. I was elected as an ACTEC Fellow and have earned the TEP designation at STEP. I also represent clients and family offices in setting up public or private trust companies in South Dakota. Many of my clients are international families or their advisors. I regularly serve as local counsel for attorneys seeking South Dakota trust situs for their ultra high net worth clients.
