Michael R. Fox has been in trial practice for 43 years.    He is an elected member of American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA), The American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America.   He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for more than 35 years and his firm his ranked as a Tier I firm in Best Lawyers in America.    He has been chosen one of the top 100 trial lawyers in Wisconsin, the 2010 Madison Area Employment Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America and one of Wisconsin's Leaders in the Law for the year 2012 by the Wisconsin Law Journal.  Over the course of his career he has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers (now the Wisconsin Association for Justice) and  the Plaintiff's Employment Lawyers Association (PELA) (now the National Employment Lawyers Association).  The Wisconsin chapter of the American Board of Trial Attorneys limits its elected membership to 65 attorneys who have tried a minimum number of jury cases to verdict.  He has been repeatedly ranked in the top 50 vote recipients in Wisconsin Law & Politics.
