About Scott Sternberg
Since 1998, Scott J. Sternberg has been a prominent attorney in Florida, practicing law across the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts. He is affiliated with various legal organizations, including The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Mr. Sternberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where he was the second in his class and received the 1997 Editor of the Year Award for the Stetson Law Review. Following his clerkship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Howard T. Snyder, he gained experience in commercial litigation and workers' compensation law. In 2004, he co-founded Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A., and later established Scott J. Sternberg & Associates, P.A. in 2010. In 2021, he founded Sternberg/Forsythe, P.A., concentrating on Workers’ Compensation, while maintaining strong ties to Stetson University, where he serves on the Board of Overseers.
