In 2004, he co-founded Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A., and later established Scott J. Sternberg & Associates, P.A. in 2010. In 2021, he founded Sternberg/Forsythe, P.A., concentrating on Workers’ Compensation, while maintaining strong ties to Stetson University, where he serves on the Board of Overseers.
