Brandon is a founding member of Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward Injury Attorneys where he practices general civil litigation including workers’ compensation, automobile accidents and serious personal injuries. Brandon has successfully tried numerous claims in front of the Workers’ Compensation Commission and has a true passion for advocating for injured workers. Over his career, Brandon has helped his clients recover millions of dollars for injuries sustained at the hands of others.. Brandon is a Charleston native and proud alumni of the Porter-Gaud School. Brandon graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Finance. He then returned home to attend the Charleston School of Law where he served as the Associate Managing Editor of the Charleston Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Brandon joined a small, local personal injury firm where he spent the last five years helping significantly grow the firm before branching out to start Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward Injury Attorneys. Brandon is passionate about advocating for his clients and understands the difficulties faced by injury victims..
