Armed with my blue collar Ohio background and work experience, I identify with civil plaintiffs more than any other category of litigant because it feels as though I am accomplishing something, that I am fixing something, that I am solving a problem.. I enjoy civil litigation because I fix problems caused by someone else for clients who genuinely deserve to have their problem fixed. I particularly enjoy helping those who may not have the ability to do so themselves, and often times are at a disadvantage.
