“I was court appointed minors counsel on a matter in which Neil represented the mother. Neil did a superb job for his client. He was well prepared and understood the nuance and details of the matter. He sent me all the relevant documents in the matter and organized everything in a way that made it easy to review. I ultimately recommended that custody remain with his client. This was due, in large part, to Mr. DeLeon's organizational and communication skills. His client was fortunate to have had him as her lawyer.”
