Then she continued her studies in Brussels, Belgium at Vrije University of Brussels, in a Program on International Legal Cooperation (PILC), Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International and European Law. PILC program provided Mrs. Kostanyan not only with international outlook and solid basis in the knowledge of European and International Law, but also gave her an incredible opportunity to intern at European Court of Justice in Luxemburg and trainings at the European Commission in Brussels . During her studies in Brussels, Mrs. Kostanyan was helping pro bono indigent immigrants to prepare their asylum cases and apply for asylum in Belgium.. In 2009 Mrs. Kostanyan immigrated to the United States.
